Way too many incompetent employees - Client Experience Weber Shandwick Employee Review

Weber Shandwick has a global reputation. As a long established agency with a number of global accounts spanning many countries, the company has many incompetent and unqualified individuals from juniors right up to senior management. Not sure how they secured the interview and the position they are currently in, but you’ll see that the rest of the employees have to work extra hard and over time to pick up the slack of those who are not bright, not laser focused on their tasks and need lots of hand holding. Do they come to work just to get that salary?
