      - Sometimes big budgets, big clients - Lots of opportunity to manage up and down, the work is what you make it. Tons of opportunity to create your own path if you so choose

      - Lack of bandwidth across the team. Everyone is billing over their allocations, no plans to continue hiring and spreading the wealth
