      Good starting pay, flexible scheduling, great benefits, vacation time, able to balance family/work, continuing education, tuition reembursiment

      there are many fantastic managers throughout the organization, but a few tough ones, certain things should be across the board from one department to the next such as schedule flexibility when possible
