Business Outlook
Pros
23 PTO days right off the bat, no accruing. In fact, they want you to take time off, which makes sense because a burnt out employee would cost them money. Honestly, my co-workers were wonderful people, and I was lucky to be part of the team I was in. Work from home opportunities was great too, especially when the weather was inclement.
Cons
Pay was substandard across the board unless you were in management, but strangely enough, I never saw a lack of catered lunches for upper management. No career path in certain fields. Pay structure itself is horrific. Is a 1.5% raise really better than a 0% raise? After getting both, it clearly undermines morale and personally destroys any will to maintain a high level of performance.
