      Good job security. Good place to work of you can work hard. HR does a great job moving people around in the company instead of letting people go. Good solid benefits.

      Cons

      Very political. Lots of networking and sucking up to move up. Growth can be stagnant. Sometimes can lead to feeling underappreciated.
