Only thing I can think of is you will learn if you’re not already knowledgable
Cons
Bad pay, expectations are impossible. I am a top performer and still my manager screams at me regularly and HR doesn’t help. They promise promotions but after 2 years nothing. They promise certifications but will not cover.
