Not much internal mobility. You will come in as a sales associate, will have a few small title/salary bumps and after that you are just expected to keep churning out dials and sales doing exactly the same job with the same responsibilities. Success is often dependent on the territory you receive. You will need to be a machine when it comes to making calls and very aggressive with customers in order to get them to buy. Goals are high and can be very tough to hit. You will burn out everyone does and it can be very stressful.
