WeddingWire is a unique and fun company to work for because we are collabarative, innovative and like to push the needle. In doing all this, we keep up a "Work Hard | Play Hard" mentality which is exemplified by our laundry list of activities and benefits. Unlimited vacation, happy hours galore, 'Treat Yo Self' reimbursements, and a highly anticipated company retreat in Annapolis are just a few at the top of that list. Keeping all these perks in mind, throw in a bright office complete with a ping pong table, market, and many catered lunches, as well as an incredible group of young talent, and this why it is easy to get out of bed and come to the office every day.
Cons
Some are hesitant to take advantage of the unlimited vacation and some don't love that the office isn't right in downtown DC, but as we grow, the vacation policy and location have grown on us!
