Pros
The people. Even though majority of employees are in their mid-20s, the talent here is incredible. We definitely have the 'work hard play hard' mentality and I'm always impressed with the level of professionalism, hard work ethic, creativity and energy of everyone I work with.
Cons
There is only one office location. Some employees have been allowed to work remotely in other locations throughout the country. I'm waiting for the day we open another office!
