Pros

Weebly is more than anything I ever imagined for a first job out of college. I interned here during the summer and started working here full-time recently after I graduated. The internship experience made my previous tech internships sound like a nightmare. The work environment is super relaxed and the perks are amazing (breakfast, lunch, dinner, smoothies, snacks, gym, alcohol, massages, unlimited PTO, just to name a few). What really surprised me is how well the work-life balance is maintained. No one works crazy hours, and the office is practically empty by 6:30 PM. The product is constantly improving and modernizing, so the work itself is just as exciting as the workplace.

This has nothing to do with age but it is a very immature place to work. Ive been here for 5 years and seen people come and go not because of performance but because of how you fit in. Its a popularity contest and not based on merit. The management is completely vile. Ive found other work now and glad I can finally say something. Even Godaddy is better than this place.
