Management let's you get the job done without micromanaging. Most of the company is remote but there's an office available in PA if you want that as an option. Everyone is nice here, there are no jerks.

While a positive, the long tenure of employees can also lead to bias and 'always done that way' mindsets with limited external context of advances being made outside of the company. This requires change, and people are inherently change averse.
