      -Flexible Hours -Simple Work -Night pay and weekend compensation pay on Sundays

      Cons

      -The constantly changing orders make it hard to do what is required -Seemingly out of touch management (Some of the numbers they as for are idealistic at best, hard to reach)

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
