Pros
Good first time job. Do offer good medical benefits, Associate discount and a good recognition program. Ideal for people looking for part time work.
Cons
Advancement oppertunities are little to none. The payroll is little to non-existing. Company enforces a lot of customer service focused programs which would work great if thier was any training and payroll given. Training is a big need. Your hired, and since it's always understaffed, your forced to figure it out on your own.
