Pros
Easy job, plenty of hours available, generally many coworkers to interact with, part time kids receive vacation after 2 years, extra 4 hours holiday pay. It's a great place to have worked while I was in college. They worked with my schedule very well.
Cons
There's a lot of anger in management. My front-end manager takes all her frustrations out on the employees and the store managers are sarcastic and hard to understand. A lot of this comes from the ridiculous amount of pressure from the district managers. I've never seen any of them be nice or say anything good even though I work in a nicer store and the managers work hard to keep it that way.
