Pros
Paid time off after a year, annual raise, and paid holidays.
Cons
Honestly...Management could be a heck of a lot better. It takes my managers up to 30 minutes to answer a page, they can be rude and inconsiderate when you try to call off for acceptable reasons, and instead of hiring people the put more responsibilities on the employees they do have.
