Pros

I love the customers and my fellow employees. This has for the last few years been the only thing keeping me here. But they don't actually reflect the company, only how lucky I've been to meet the individuals I interact with throughout the week.

Cons

Hour cuts make it hard to get the job done, on a good day. Poor staffing and a hard line limit of 34 hours a week for part-timers only compounds that issue so when there are call outs, most of our part-timers we're maxed out and not able to come in and cover. Wages that don't compete with other businesses dealing in the same line of work are not competitive at all, making the sharp cut in hours not worth the pathetic pay. More cuts we're made recently. My department isn't even projected to have enough hours to cover the hours it's open.

Pros

-Easiest retail management you can hold. -Very good work life balance if you run your business well. -Pay is good for effort required

Cons

-Senior leadership of operations is Wal-Mart -Field leadership tries to do the right thing, but nothing is progressed because of senior leadership. -Do not come to the company with ideas. Come work for this company if you like doing what you’re told with no independent thought.
