      Employees mostly want to do the right thing for the company. Long standing customers who have been faithful. Advancement opportunities available...due to high turnover in management and department leadership positions.

      Cons

      Management scared of visitation from corporate. "New" hot button items almost weekly. No personal life.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
