Pros
Provided you are dedicated there is the option to advance. I developed strong bonds with my co workers and management team. Most customers are friendly and likewise developed great relationships with them. The people I worked with and served made the job enjoyable. Short commute, many locations within my area.
Cons
Very few full time positions available. PT kept under 30 hours a week and discouraged from going over hours. My store had not been updated in 30 years and it felt like the company often overlooked us.
