      Pros

      Part time scheduling was very flexible to work around my full time job. Part time workers were paid vacation and holiday pay.

      Cons

      Deli did not pay well for the amount of work. Marginal employees were kept and made the jpb difficult for those who did their jobs.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
