      Different schedule every week, not enough training, didn't get the job I signed up and interviewed for and was put in a different position I didn't want

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
