Pros
Competitive benefits package compared to other companies. Approachable leaders at all levels. Wejo has a knack of attracting talented people who are at the top of their game in their specialism.
Cons
Not a con as such but the pace is very fast so you have to get used to working in a different way, especially if you've come from a larger organisation where things can take longer and tend to get caught up in the machine. But once you're used to that it can be quite refreshing!
