Forget Wejo, more like WeJoke and not the fun kind of joke. In my experience and opinion toxicity, bullying, politics, power grabs and incompetence reign in the exec and the rest of us suffer the consequences daily. I have never worked with a leadership team who demonstrates less business acumen and create such poor outcomes for the business. Lack of focus, lack of strategy, lack of leadership, lack of resource, lack of money and, it seems, lack of interest in doing anything that makes business sense. Apparently nobody understands their genius and that is why WeJoke are undervalued - wah wah wah. Sinking ship. Proceed with caution.
