Pros

I have been at this company for more than 7 years. I was part of an acquisition and used the opportunity to change career paths. The growing pains in the first few years have leveled out and the company is now on a really positive trajectory. The past few years have included a supportive team environment, clear growth plans, continuous manager feedback, clear communication from management, investments in training, and building corporate culture.

Cons

We run lean and mean and are always acquiring companies. There is more work to be done then we have resources for which can require you to set good boundaries with your managers (who are supportive). Not as diverse as I would like but they are aware and working towards that.

Pros

The organization promotes a supportive and collaborative work environment where team members are approachable and willing to assist. The onboarding process provided a solid foundation and helpful resources that supported my transition into the role. Clear clinical guidelines and structured workflows help ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in decision-making. The flexibility of the work environment supports work-life balance while maintaining productivity and performance

Cons

There are opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency; however, leadership is approachable and open to feedback, creating a positive environment for continuous improvement

Pros

If you are well-integrated into the local Kansas City office, it is a great environment with fantastic people. The company culture features fun office competitions, and the bonus structure was quite fair for a while.

Cons

For those brought in via the WellSky acquisition who work remotely, job security is low. Expect a 1-to-3-year window before layoffs hit, regardless of strong performance. The pattern typically starts with low-hanging fruit, followed by legacy leadership, and finally remote workers. Higher degrees offer some protection, and overseas roles are often phased out in favor of KC staff.
