Pros
They treat you well, the management is wonderful, the CEO is a wonderful person and an incredible industry strategist, the culture of how people treat each other in the company is healthy. They hire good people. They have well thought out corporate policies. The company is in an incredibly strong (maybe even the strongest) place for their industry.
Cons
It feels like they give you everything possible at the company in lieu of actually paying you more. A very unfortunate side affect of this is that poor performers get paid more than high performers due to a higher initial offer. If you exceed all expectations, your maximum raise is 5%. Performing better does not mean you will get paid what you're worth. You're not given the idea that going above and beyond for the company is going to advance anything for you. This company is very serious about sending people back into the office. This is a serious financial burden for entry level employees and makes it so that any raise we get will be obliterated by commuting costs. It is a nice place to work, but unfortunately there's no way to better yourself without leaving. They give you stability and a non abusive work environment, but they don't really give any reasons for loyalty. This is a shame
