Pros

-Stability. Great place for those who want to clock-in/out and just go about their life -Some nice folks -Good purpose you're contributing to to -On-site perks if you're located HQ -Worklife balance

Cons

-Pay and raises are poor. 5% for going above and beyond is terrible -Difficult to get recognized or move up up -Leadership is intelligent, but they don't seem genuine -Company is trying to improve worker experience, which is a pro. But only after it became terrible -Employees at acquired companies are treated like 2nd class -Company will acquire other brands to build their network and market coverage, but will mishandle them, hurt brand credibility by changing the name to WellSky, and also confuse customers into thinking all the softwares are connectable with each other when they are aren't -Employee Churn -HQ pushes for on-site work

Pros

The organization promotes a supportive and collaborative work environment where team members are approachable and willing to assist. The onboarding process provided a solid foundation and helpful resources that supported my transition into the role. Clear clinical guidelines and structured workflows help ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in decision-making. The flexibility of the work environment supports work-life balance while maintaining productivity and performance

Cons

There are opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency; however, leadership is approachable and open to feedback, creating a positive environment for continuous improvement

Pros

If you are well-integrated into the local Kansas City office, it is a great environment with fantastic people. The company culture features fun office competitions, and the bonus structure was quite fair for a while.

Cons

For those brought in via the WellSky acquisition who work remotely, job security is low. Expect a 1-to-3-year window before layoffs hit, regardless of strong performance. The pattern typically starts with low-hanging fruit, followed by legacy leadership, and finally remote workers. Higher degrees offer some protection, and overseas roles are often phased out in favor of KC staff.
