Pros

Pay is good and the benefits are standard for a tech company.

Cons

Work life balance, after hours work in extreme, No documentation, No guides, no training, no help, all orgs are overwhelmed. Client calls will get hairy very quickly when you do not have the training or guides to complete the build work, also the amount of support issues you have to deal with makes your full time job become part engineering, part t3 support, part tech consultant, part PM.

Pros

If you are well-integrated into the local Kansas City office, it is a great environment with fantastic people. The company culture features fun office competitions, and the bonus structure was quite fair for a while.

Cons

For those brought in via the WellSky acquisition who work remotely, job security is low. Expect a 1-to-3-year window before layoffs hit, regardless of strong performance. The pattern typically starts with low-hanging fruit, followed by legacy leadership, and finally remote workers. Higher degrees offer some protection, and overseas roles are often phased out in favor of KC staff.
