The company was smaller when I began to quickly become a major player in the health tech space. The sales were challenging and the pay was fair when I began.
Cons
After 5 years I only had one raise and was constantly ignored when asking for an evaluation of additional cost of living raises. The company continued with the same excuse of uncertain times while continuing to hit double-digit growth and increasing quota by more than 25% YoY with no increase in sales commission quota. The company seemed to want you to work harder to make them money, but not too excited to pay you more for the hard work. Told I was inside sales while half of my quota was reliant on closing net-new business but did not want to pay the Account executive level of salary, of even meet between inside and outside rep salary.
