Pros

Pay was okay health insurance was not good for a healthcare company unlimited PTO seems to be a perk but if you leave or get fired they don't have to pay you out

Cons

Red Flags: HR protects management, not employees Retaliation is systematic across multiple departments They fabricate performance narratives to justify predetermined outcomes Original harassers face zero consequences They allow people to say racists remarks and harass others Management is an absolute joke. Lack the skills to manage teams and workloads. Then blame their team for it. Endless unscheduled calls that can run for hours interrupting work time. The list is hefty. Stay away Bottom Line: File any complaint here and expect coordinated retaliation designed to push you out. They'll manufacture performance issues, refuse to provide clarification, and terminate you before any process concludes. Recommendation: Work elsewhere. Company systematically retaliates against anyone who reports misconduct

The organization promotes a supportive and collaborative work environment where team members are approachable and willing to assist. The onboarding process provided a solid foundation and helpful resources that supported my transition into the role. Clear clinical guidelines and structured workflows help ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in decision-making. The flexibility of the work environment supports work-life balance while maintaining productivity and performance

Cons

There are opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency; however, leadership is approachable and open to feedback, creating a positive environment for continuous improvement
