Underpaid, and only about profit - Anonymous employee WellSpan Health Employee Review

Underpaid-staff are paid under market value despite being told their department MADE revenue of 500k year before…then very unrealistic expectations to get highest pay increase for evaluations (which mind you is only 3%). Not to mention the run-around you get when upper management aren’t on the same page. Very sneaky and caddy behavior. They act like they care but truly do not care about work/life balance. They will act like they care about you and then treat you like complete garbage the next minute. They do not care about the clients at all-it is all for money and personal gain…client too far to travel to? Discharge.
