None with the current CEO or his leaders who have no knowledge of anything but saying yes to Jud.
Cons
They open a walkin clinic with a pharmacy last March 2016 and then decide to close the pharmacy without any input from pharmacy staff. CEO fails the hospital and its employees and now creates layoffs. People left other employers to work for York Hospital and they never give the pharmacy or its employees a chance to make it work. They compete with the hospital pharmacy which is stupid. Pharmacy is under nursing which has absolutely no clue about retail pharmacy. Board of directors has no input from employees because Jud Knox CEO wants it that way. What a clown of a CEO who surrounds himself with team leaders who know absolutely nothing. Another York hospital failure... Nice job Jud....... Hope the board reads this...l you do not care about the employees as it's clear and nor do you consult with staff at the pharmacy about anything. You are a clown......
