Management is seriously lacking. I found the workplace to be extremely clique-y, not very warm to "outsiders". Staff was EXTREMELY judgmental to the certain patients, therefore affecting the care that was provided to them. Nursing assistants were performing tests and procedures that were COMPLETELY out of their scope. My position was a new one to the particular office, and the orientation was sub par.
