Laboratory Tech - Laboratory Technician WellSpan Health Employee Review

Management need to be improved. Some are staffed oriented some are not. It seems to be short staff in Laboratory area's. Training is a must for some phlebotomist and they seem not to keep retention of them, you do AM draws after that you are on your way to nursing homes which have an average of 30 patients daily with some or no help.
