The benefits were the only reason I stayed so long.
Cons
Management cares nothing about employees. Novice nurses walk through the door making the same or more than seasoned nurses. If you aren't in, "the clique" with the manager, you'll be over-looked for advancement. They shunned away good nurses way too often.
