Pros
Benefits were very good, including options for education assistance.
Cons
Leadership, especially that of Ephrata’s Emergency Department, was seriously lacking. They do things very differently there, which made chances for growth for nurses was very difficult unless you were part of the new nurse manager’s clique. The leadership team does not take constructive criticism well at all, and punishes their most hard-working and talented nurses for speaking up when there are things wrong. They don’t have their nurses backs in any situation.
