First off not listening to employees when complaints/requests are made. Also, management looks down on you. They don’t think enough is enough, you have to slave longer for no reason. It’s not that high volume of a place. Lastly, there is no employee recognition at all. Again, they don’t make you feel like you matter plain and simple.
