Lots of changes - Administrative Assistant WellSpan Health Employee Review

The department I worked in was toxic. Communication was terrible. Lots of micromanagement happened. The atmosphere was very cut-throat as employees would back-stab each other to get ahead. There was no work-life balance. Due to the insane amount of meetings, employees ended up working evenings and weekends to try to catch up. A lot has changed in the last two years. The WellSpan I joined was focused on the community and how it could help. The WellSpan I left is more interested in becoming a large, generic organization where employees are treated like a cog in the wheel.
