      Self scheduling, many opportunities for CEU's, excellent benefits and nurse and doctor collaboration good. Lots of opportunities to move within Wellspan.

      Cons

      Short Staffed, some managers don't communicate with staff, some units have a lot of Lateral Violence, no inter communication among units.
