Everything else. If you’re thinking about leaving a perfectly comfortable job that is a bit stressful- DON’T. Corporate employees are worked to the point of it affecting their health without any appreciation, recognition or career growth. Look at the MANY people who have left, those who were promoted sadly only got that promotion out of sheer need by the organization. I’ve watched many longtime employees leave, and even some who didn’t last a year. Do your due diligence and look beyond the smoke screen for the truth. I’m not a spiteful employee. I have been with WS for a long time and am truly sad to see what’s happened to our health system since 2019+
