Micromanaging is a trend throughout the entire system. Salaried employees are treated as hourly. Lacks the ability for employees to grow. Surveys are issued regarding employment satisfaction for the system. The surveys are supposed to be "confidential" yet, management always seems to know the employees and their responses. If there are issues w/ management, HR sides with the manager rather than the employee.
