      Pros

      I was in a a rural practice and took care of sometimes 4 generations at a time. That was really rewarding personally.

      Cons

      Over time, accelerated by the COVID pandemic, values changed and WellSpan went all in to consumerism and risk contracts. Also they promoted dangerous telehealth practices with percentage goals of this modality. WellSpan allowed unfiltered and abusive patient portal practices, and unfairly compensated physician based on panel size, age and gender only.
