Supervisor/team can make or break experience - Allied Health Professional WellSpan Health Employee Review

- There are some NOT great supervisors around here. Ones that are unhelpful, rude, and unsupportive. They bully you and root for you to fail. No growth or learning opportunities offered even if you constantly advocate for them. - Not diverse at all. It's highly unlikely to have a POC on your team. There are sometimes comments made about ethnically diverse groups that are highly uncomfortable and can be offensive. - Bad benefits. Not a lot of PTO so if you get sick, it's game over. They do not offer sick time at all so they will take from you PTO instead. Good luck taking a vacation even 6 months after getting a case of COVID-19 or going through a minor surgery.
