Wella gives you a potential to thrive as an individual contributor employee. As someone who is recently new, there’s plenty of opportunities to participate in employee benefits such as gym discounts, health/ wellness discounts and of course, the fan favorite, Wella products! The US team cares for their employees and gives us half days for Summer Fridays, also a huge benefits and makes working at Wella fun.

Not much to say here except the work can get hectic at times depending on busy season for launches- Holidays, Brand Partnerships/ Sponsorships, Seasonal launches, Etc.

Beautiful offices. Pretending to go through an IPO which is never going to happen. WOW program is a joke and is never going to happen so don't fall for it.

Toxicity is running rampant. Leadership is weak and is driving the company into the ground with poor business decisions. Upper Management changes every 8 to 11 months. They hire the wrong people that do not fit in with the culture. Mistakes & dysfunction are rewarded. The company has changed so much in the past 11 months, we used to love working here. Lay offs of quality colleagues have created fear and uncertainty. Its feels very heavy working here. Trade Dept heads are narcissists who are cut throat and will throw you under the bus. You will get NO support. If you are looking for a role here, stay unemployed!
