Some department heads aren't understanding if you have to report off for family reasons. Can't always get vacation time that you want

Great insurance Odd, but good 401k match by company (They match 100% of your contribution up to 3% and then 50% up to 5%)

Cons

Pay Shift Times (the supervisors wait until the last minute to tell you when your line is shutting down) Last minute weekends (Management will wait until Thursday or Friday to tell you that your production line is working that Saturday, so don't make weekend plans)
