An awful, backwards joke of a company. Systems and processes stuck in 1990’s. Nothing is ever their fault- bad installers, customer expectations, handling issues etc. Terrible, unprofessional, dishonest management that only care about how they look to the their bosses and the family. The family is unqualified for any of the company positions that they’re in and they pretend to care, but they’re waiting it out. One family member sits with their back to the other members, barely acknowledging anyone and another makes people uncomfortable for being too friendly. Products is nothing great and too expensive for what it is. They only want to hear good things and aren’t interested in change. Customer Care shames dealers for not knowing processes as well as they do and if they do you a favor they hold it over you for years. No opportunities for advancement. Poor benefits. Very little diversity outside the factory.
