Pros

Descent pay, Doctor on site one day a week and a Nurse practitioner 5 days a week.

Cons

Upper management does not think beyond a couple of weeks. We get hit with new door styles and no one is prepared. We still have to get it done and we did but I did not like it at all!

Great insurance Odd, but good 401k match by company (They match 100% of your contribution up to 3% and then 50% up to 5%)

Cons

Pay Shift Times (the supervisors wait until the last minute to tell you when your line is shutting down) Last minute weekends (Management will wait until Thursday or Friday to tell you that your production line is working that Saturday, so don't make weekend plans)
