Pay scale is awful Managers do not CARE one bit about you or if they’re dumping on you (which they absolutely are) Zero flexibility No sick time Point system is insane

Great insurance Odd, but good 401k match by company (They match 100% of your contribution up to 3% and then 50% up to 5%)

Cons

Pay Shift Times (the supervisors wait until the last minute to tell you when your line is shutting down) Last minute weekends (Management will wait until Thursday or Friday to tell you that your production line is working that Saturday, so don't make weekend plans)
