Pros

The Benefits are great and it does not cost a whole lot out of pocket to get them.

Cons

The company is so sales driven it has corrupted the internal management structure into a sales mindset and they have lost the customer service focus. They do have a customer service survey that is bogus. If you receive one 4 and the rest 5's you just got a bad shop, Congratulations now the whole staff is upset with you. (Everyone's wow bonus's are based on this survey.) The company is so big if you have a major problem at your branch that needs to be fixed it may take months to hear from anyone who supposedly cares and will try to help solve the problem, but do they, NO. Your manager can honestly get away with yelling at the customers and downgrading you till you no longer feel like a person and no one will do anything about it. Then when everyone decides to find a better place to work than Wells Fargo those individuals never get replaced. Now you are short staffed, have bad management, have to maintain good customer service regardless of the lines, meet sales goals, and do all of your monthly compliance. HAHAHA!!! Now I'm sure not every branch is as bad as mine but from the talk I hear when I go to training everyone else is pretty close to being right there with me. Needless to say, the whole staff at my branch are looking for other jobs when all Wells Fargo needed to do was fire one person but since the company is so big you cant get anything done.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
