Pros

There is room for advancement; they hire within the company instead of looking for those outside, to fill the position. Paid time off is great; if you need time off, and request it within a reasonable time; you'll most likely get it off.

Cons

Very stressful environment if you don't make your sales. This job is very sales driven. Doesn't matter if you can multi-task, do your job properly; if you don't make your sales, you're fired. Benefits used to be great; but now are bad. Certain districts require you to be a banker first before you can advance to any other position. Pay isn't all that great. Raises are poor. Sometimes communication is poor.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
