Pros
Excellent benefits 401K is great health plans are good not super but very good Good work locations I feel that Wells Fargo gives you alot of opportunities to make what you want out of a career. I have gone from both the business side to the development/IT side and the company was very supportive of my moves. The work life balance is great in most groups and the work from home options are really helpful if you have the cable guy coming.
Cons

Some groups are super stingy with bonuses as well. retention of key employees - some really good employees who came in as entry level leave because the raise/pay scale has them paid hideously below market; so a simple market rate adjustment even in excess of the normal max percent increases would help
