Pros

The ability to telecommute. The pay is adequate and in my area not too many employers would be able to match. The amount of PTO you earn is also a plus.

Cons

Too many meetings and conference calls to attend. Too many process and procedures and not too many people know or understand the process and procedures especially the legacy Wells Fargo employees who can't explain it to new employees. Just too many inconsistencies within the company. There are too many mid-to-upper level management. There is no such thing as work-life balance. EUC network engineering is a JOKE!!! to be fair not all of the euc network engineers are a joke, it's those LEGACY EUC NETWORK ENGINEERS who are a joke. When it comes to using the minds, nope they can't do it! "It needs to be scripted so I can push a button!!"

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
